- Built – 5 unit of Deep sea long lines - Thailand.
- Designed and Successful built a 6,000 dwt general cargo vessel. (Class BV) - 2008, China.
- Successful built of Tugs & Barges :- Tugs : 2,400h.p. Barges : 3,000 dwt. (Class ABS) - Malaysia, 2008.
- As Project Manager, modifications of a single hull VLCC (GRT : 142488) to FSO for fuel oil blending - 2007 and 2010.
- Consultants of new construction of 800 dwt slipway - 2009, Malaysia.
- Supply and re-condition Petrol Vessel Engines - 2010.
- Installation and laying of 550 kilo meters of electrical /cable on a passage Vessel – Commence - 2010.
- Designed and Modification of MCR – for 1 mega power plant - 2010.
- Technical consultant for Owners of FSO - 2008.
- Advisory to the Naval Dock yard Sub Contractor Malaysia 2010.
- Afloat steel renewal repair of a VL Tanker total project cost of Six hundred thousand - 2011, Malaysia.
- Major Inspection work and repair assessment of a LR2 tanker costing three million at Port of Vung Tau, Vietnam - 2011.
- Afloat Maintenance Repairs on board a AfraMax Bulk worth one Hundred ninety Thousand , Malaysian OPL water - 2011.
